While we would love for everyone to stay together and celebrate under one roof, we completely understand that each guest has different needs and preferences. You do not have to stay at Unico Vallarta in order to attend the wedding.


Please note: if you choose to stay elsewhere, there may be a fee to attend the Welcome Party at the resort.


For those who prefer to be nearby, the Hard Rock Hotel (hotel.hardrock.com/vallarta) is located right next door and offers close proximity. Our travel agent is also happy to assist with additional recommendations if you’d like to explore other options. Just reach out to her at Aubree@vagablondetravel.com.

When do I need to book my travel by?

Travel MUST be booked by November 24, 2025. (See "HOTEL BOOKING" section for more info!)

Do I have to stay at Unico to attend the wedding?

Of course not! The wedding ceremony will take place at a private venue, not at our hotel. While we would love to have everyone at the same resort, we understand that there are a number of options. Whether or not you decide to stay at Unico, we recommend you contact our travel agents to make sure you are taken care of! Please note, the rehearsal dinner will be at Unico, and may require a fee for attendance if you are not staying on the property.

When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly request your response by October 15, 2025.

Do I have to book through the link provided?

You must book with our travel agent in order to be included in our hotel block, which comes with specific perks such as access to our rehearsal dinner, round trip transportation, guaranteed pricing/availability, and potential resort credits. Rooms booked outside of this may not be applicable for all wedding events/perks. If you plan to book with another website, we recommend you first reach out to our travel agent so they can help ensure you are included in the wedding group block. We dont want anyone to miss out on events, and understand there are a number of ways to book hotels! For guests staying outside of Unico, we strongly recommend you to connect with our travel agent for assistance! Visit the link under the "Hotel Booking" section for more info.

Is the wedding at the same place as the hotel?

No! Our wedding is at a private venue, Martoca Beach Garden, located in Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico. We have arranged our hotel block at Unico, in Nuevo Vallarta, a short drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. We will have a shuttle arranged to transport guests from Unico to the wedding, and back home. If you are staying somewhere else please contact our Travel Agent so we can help coordinate your stay!

Can I stay longer than March 5-8th?

Our hotel block pricing applies to March 3rd-9th, so feel free to take advantage of extra days if you wish! Our Travel Agent can help with setting that up, and you may potentially enjoy extra perks for staying more days.

Are there other hotels we can stay at?

Please contact our travel agent for assistance with booking rooms whether or not you choose to stay at Unico. They are here to help and can recommend alternative nearby properties.
